Cleveland Hooligun 250 Overview
This is the all-new Hooligun 250 and is currently being tested on different Nepal roads. Almost all products of the Cleveland motorcycle is doing great in Nepal. They are uniquely designed, and the appearance is quite stylish compared to other motorbikes in similar sections.
The American brand previously focused more on scramblers and retro-cruisers. However, the upcoming Hooligun focuses more on an adventure-focused motorcycle.
The New Cleveland Hooligun 250cc Dirt Bike’s introductory price is expected to be around NPR 7,00,000.
Design and Features
Cleveland’s new Hooligun takes on the modern dirtbike, with operating stop and go power, and classic dirtbike, enduro, and supermoto styles.
The design is modern with stylish looks and a semi-naked body, with the overalls looking familiar to the regular dirtbike riders and can completely feel at home.
Cleveland Hooligun 250 has almost all the features of a standard dirt bike with a Liquid-Cooled 250cc engine. The design is a classic dirt bike with a digital instrument console.
The Hooligun 250 is a big dirtbike with a KERB weight of 117kg. The seat height of the 250 is 950mm with a ground clearance of 300mm.
Engine and Performance
The new Hooligun 250 is powered by a Single-Cylinder, 4-stroke, 4-valve, SOHC engine. The liquid-cooled engine has a displacement of 249.6cc.
It can generate a maximum power of 31.5 horsepower at 7000 rpm. The maximum torque of around 23.5 Nm at 7000 rpm can be generated by the motorcycle.
Cleveland Hooligun 250 has a 6-speed gearbox and a fuel tank of 6.5-liter capacity. The 250cc engine gets a suspension of USD front forks and a single spring shock on the rear. Nissin Dual Disc brakes handle the braking.
The mileage provided by the 249.6cc engine is about 30 km per liter. The starting mechanism for the Hooligun 250 consists of both Self-Start and Kick.
Brakes and Tires
The bike’s braking system is manufactured by a Japanese company named Nissin for both front and rear brakes. The front brake is USD front forks and on the rear is a single spring shock.
The bike tires are both tubeless, with the front tire of 80/100-21 with disc braking. Similarly, the rear tire is 110/90-18 with disc braking.

Cleveland Hooligun 250 Price in Nepal and its Availability
The new Cleveland Hooligun 250 is expected to be around Rs. 7 lakhs. However, the price is not official yet.
According to Cleveland Cyclewerks, Nepal’s official distributor, the Hooligun will be launched in January 2021. However, a sample is available for test riding purposes in the authorized showroom.
