Engine and performance
The Navi is powered by a single-cylinder, 4-stroke, BSIV-compliant, 109.2cc engine that churns out a maximum power of 5.91KW @ 7000 rpm and a max torque of 8.94Nm @ 5500 rpm. The air-cooled engine is mated to an automatic transmission box for smooth acceleration and steady cruising speed.
The Navi has a carburetor fuel system and has an impressive compression ratio of 9.5:1. As per the company claim, the powerful engine is capable of hitting 82kmph with a decent mileage of 60kmpl. The perfectly positioned handlebars and footrest provide a comfortable riding experience to the riders.
Design and Features
Talking about the design of the Honda Navi, it has a nice appeal and catches the eye at the very first glance. The Honda Navi is something we have not seen from any other brands in Nepal. Brakes and Tyres
Braking duties of the Honda Navi are taken care of by a 130mm drum brake at the front and a 130mm drum brake at the rear. The combined braking system enhances the stopping power and reduces the overall braking distance of the bike. Thus, providing safety to the riders.
Suspension duties are handled by Telescopic suspension at the front and spring-loaded hydraulic type suspension at the rear for a smooth and bump-free ride. 90/90-12 tubeless tyre at the front and 90/100-10 tubeless tyre at the rear keep you moving, even in the case of a puncture.
The claimed fuel efficiency of the all-new Honda Navy is 60kmpl, but in the real world, the bike offers a decent mileage of 45-50kmpl. Mileage, however, depends on the road surfaces. Additionally, the bike is equipped with the latest Honda Eco Technology to enhance fuel-efficiency without compromising the power.
