KTM International Trading Pvt. Ltd., the authorised distributor of Benelli motorcycles in Nepal, recently unveiled one Benelli bike, Benelli 752 S and two cruiser motorcycles from the Keeway brand K-Light 202 and Keeway Patagonian Eagle 250 in Nepal.

With the introduction of new Keeway models, the riders have now more options for choosing cruiser bikes. However, the Keeway K-Light is more affordable and cheaper compared to the Patagonian Eagle 250 model. 

Keeway K-Light 202 Overview

The Keeway K-Light 202 is a stunning cruiser motorcycle with a great style, a contoured seat, and a forward footpeg to help the riders have a leaning posture while riding. With a round headlamp and a round digital speedometer, the front look is eye-catching. The design of the vehicle is a standard cruiser bike design with some modern touches.

Engine and Performance

The all-new Keeway K-Light 202 is powered by a 197cc single-cylinder, 2-valve, 4-stroke engine. This engine produces a maximum power of 13.05 PS at 7500 rpm and a peak torque of 13.9 Nm at 6000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox and also has an 11.8-litre fuel tank capacity

Brakes and Tires

The suspension on K-Light 202 is handled by telescopic forks with 120 mm long travel, while on the rear, there is a telescopic coil spring shock absorber with 53 mm long travel. Similarly, the vehicle’s safety is provided by a single 280 mm disc at the front and a 240 mm single disc brake on the rear.

Moreover, the bike has a kerb weight of 156 kg, a wheelbase of 1440 mm, and a ground clearance of 150mm. The tires of Patagonian Eagle 250 are of size 90/90-17 section on the front and a 130/90-15 section on the rear.

It is available in different colour variants: Red and Black, Black and Blue, Gray.

K-Light 202 is an overall good cruiser bike with good features and a retro-styled design. However, the carburetor engine in the modern market of FI is quite outdated.

Keeway Patagonian Eagle 250 Overview

Keeway’s Patagonian Eagle 250 is a great cruiser motorcycle that never goes out of style. The Patagonian Eagle 250 has a custom shopper look from the 60s and claims to be of ‘Rebellious Spirit’. The bike has more power, a stylish design, and great features that a premium cruiser must-have. 

The handlebar is a radically pulled-back type, and there are two exhausts with chrome effects. Moreover, the bike has a head-turning look with the tear-shaped fuel tank, simple instrumentation, a button-tuck, and a two-place saddle and sissy bar.

Engine and Performance

A 250 cc, 2-cylinder, oil-cooled carburetor engine powers the Keeway Patagonian Eagle 250. The engine can generate a maximum power of 17.67 PS at 7500 rpm and a peak torque of 16.5 Nm at 6000 rpm. Moreover, it is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox and has a fuel tank of 14-litre capacity

Brakes and Tires

The braking of Patagonian Eagle 250 is handled by a single 260 mm disc at the front and a 130 mm drum at the rear. Similarly, the suspension is taken care of by 120 mm travel and telescopic forks on the front and a telescopic coil spring shock absorber with a 70 mm long travel on the rear. 

The tires of Patagonian Eagle 250 are of size 90/90-18 section on the front and a 130/90-15 section on the rear. Similarly, the cruiser bike has a kerb weight of 145 kg, a ground clearance of 140 mm, and a wheelbase of 1460 mm.
