Royal Enfield is set to launch a new Bike in the market named Royal Enfield Hunter 350. The bike will enter the competitive market where the giants like Honda and JAWA are currently competing. This bike includes a flat fuel tank and small handlebars which helps in the smooth manoeuvring of the bike on highways. Moreover, the bike has a mid-set footpeg which helps the rider to have a sporty riding stance while riding through the highways and traffic.
The new Hunter 350 will be based on the new platform i.e. Modular J platform. The suspensions on the bike are handled by Telescopic Forks on the front and Twin-shock absorbers on the rear. The engine of the bike is liquid-cooled and has a displacement of 249 ccs and produces a maximum power of 20 bhp and generate a peak torque of 27 Nm. A balancer shaft will be equipped on the vehicle which decreases the bike’s vibration.
The standard alloy wheels equipped on the older versions of the bike is equipped on the new Royal Enfield Hunter 350. Moreover, a small exhaust, front mudguard along with Circular Headlamp and Disc brakes are equipped to provide extra safety to the rider. The new Hunter 350 also features the latest technology Tripper Navigation System and a twin-pod instrument console is provided for the overall status of the vehicle.
Currently, two variants of Royal Enfield, RE 350 and RE 300 are available in the motorcycle market. Recently, the company unveiled the Meteor 350 Cruiser bike in the global market. The bike is built on a new platform with a new engine but some of the functions and design of the bike might be changed in the future.
Royal Enfield is also looking forward to launching the next generation Classic 350 in the market which will use the same platform as the RE Meteor 350 cruiser.
